Minitonas and Bowsman are pleased to offer recycling to everyone within town limits!
Minitonas and Bowsman both offer recycling through the use of a blue bin. If you're within town limits and you don't have a bin, please contact the office at (204)-525-4461. If you're considered RM, OSS unfortunately can't pick up your recycling. If you'd still like to drop off your recycling somewhere though, we do have large OSS dumpsters for recycling just inside the gates at the Nuisance Grounds.
*Bowsman Recycling day is every second Thursday*
*Minitonas Recycling day is every second Friday*
Please refer to the information below supplied by both OSS and Multi Material Stewardship Manitoba (MMSM) if you're unsure as to which items are acceptable and which ones are not. Please note that OSS is unfortunately not able to take styrofoam. If you have any of the egg cartons made of styrofoam, The Co-op Grocery Store in Swan River has a place where they can be dropped off.
